Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • All patient with unilateral/bilateral TMJ ankylosis. • Age > 5 years and below 50 years. • Patients giving consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Metabolic fat disorders. • Local pathology in lower abdomen and buccal mucosal areas. • Patients refusing consent for follow up or investigations. • Pregnant patient. • Patients with any other underlying systemic disorders.
