Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having Blood sugar â?? Fasting Plasma Glucose >= 126 mg/dl or â?? Post Prandial Plasma Glucose >= 200 mg/dl or or HB1AC level >7 and 2. Patients having classical symptomatology of Madhumeha (Prabhutamutrata, Avilamutrata, Galatalu Shosha, Asyamadhurya etc.) will be selected from OPD and IPD of IPGT & RA, Hospital, Jamnagar. 3. Patients fulfilling criteria 1 with or without criteria 2 4. Symptoms of Diabetes (Polyuria, Polydypsia, Polyphagia and Weight loss.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 30 and above 60 years. 2. Malignant and accelerated Hypertension. 3. Patients having chronic complications of Diabetes Mellitus a. Microvascular: Retinopathy, Neuropathy, & Nephropathy. b. Macrovascular: Coronary artery disease, Peripheral vascular disease & Cerebro-vascular disease. c. Other chronic debilitating diseases like STD etc. 4. Pregnant women. 5. Lactating mothers. 6. Secondary Diabetes mellitus. 7. Patients of any other severe illness.

t is expected that the trial drugs will exert a significant action on Signs and Symptoms of Madhumeha(Prabhutamutrata,avilmutrarata). Improvement in blood sugar level and other haematological parameters) (TLC, DLC, Hb,).Timepoint: upto 8 weeks with the follow up of 2 weeks

It will help to live diabetic patients more healthy and without complications.Timepoint: upto 4 weeks
