Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having symptoms like Difficulty starting urine stream, Weal flow of urine, Dribbling of urine, Dysuria, Feeling like bladder is not completely empty are included for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients already having Hypertension, Suffering from auto immune disorder, Spastic or genetic disorder, and also on long term steroidal treatment, who is not willing to fill Informed consent form, are excluded from the trial

The predefined primary end points are rapid symptomatic relief from Prostate Enlargment, Hypertention, and Urolithiasis.Timepoint: in 6 weeks of time period
