Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic Criteria of Generalized Anxiety Disorder as per DSM IV Excessive anxiety and worry apprehensive expectation occurring more day than not for at least 6 months about a number of events of activities The anxiety and worry are associated with three or more of following six symptoms Restlessness Being easily fatigued Difficulty in concentration Irritability Muscle tension Sleep disturbance difficulty in falling or staying sleep
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ï?? Social phobia ï?? Obsessive compulsive disorder ï?? Anorexia nervosa ï?? Having major illness ï?? Drug abuse ï?? Hyperthyroidism.
