Health Condition 1: null- Various benign as well as malignant conditions of liver proposed for liver resection ,with good ECOG (0,1)status .

Intervention1: Pringles Manuever (Intermittent Portal Inflow controll)during liver resection: 33 patients will be subjected to liver resection with intermittent (15 min clamping and 5 min release )Pri

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: benign as well as malignant conditions of liver , good ECOG (0,1)status .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with advanced disease on Radiology&D-Lap those who have poor ECOG ( 2,3,4). N
