Health Condition 1: null- ASA I,II age 1 to 6 years

Interventions

Intervention1: dexamethasone: 0.5 ml/kg of 0.25% bupivicaine in which dexamethasone 0.1 mg/kg will be diluted to 1 ml with normal saline (maximum volume 20 ml). Control Intervention1: clonidine: 0.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I/II, patients undergoing paediatric urogenital surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III or more patients with neurological disease, coagulopathy, infection at puncture site, allergy to local anaesthetics
