Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Thalassemia major

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children below 2 years and above 12 years of age. Cases having HIV, HBV infection, hepatic failure, DM, TB etc. Patient having BT interval for less than 12 days. Patient undergone Splenectomy.
