Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary insomnia like Insomnia without Identifiable Cause and Psycho-physiologic Insomnia. 2.Fresh patients of Insomnia who are not addicted to drugs will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 18 and above 70 years of age will be excluded 2.Patients suffering from chronic insomnia who are addicted to sedative medications and taking any drugs possessing sedative effect will be excluded 3.Patients of Rajyakshma, Unmada, Apsmara, 4.Secondary insomnia like Transient Situational Insomnia, Insomnia Associated with Neurological Disorders, Mental Disorders, Drug or Alcohol-Dependent Insomnia. 5.Patient with systemic uncontrolled disease â?? like diabetes, hypertension etc.
