Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with cancer receiving cancer therapy. patient who can read and write Kannada, Malayalam, or English
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with cancer of esophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas and bowel. patients who are critically ill during the time of study

| Monitoring symptoms during chemotherapy is the corner stone of medical oncology practice. As patient experiences adverse effects, their need for therapy modification, supportive care, and education often changed. Improved assessment and monitoring of patients, together with early recognition of signs and symptoms indicative of life threatening toxicities, have reduced both mortality and morbidity associated with chemo and radiation therapy.Timepoint: 1 year | — |
