Health Condition 1: null- Adult patients undergoing thoracotomy surgeries.during a 6 month period and eligible as per the inclusion criteria will be enrolled Health Condition 2: C30-C39- Malignant neoplasms of respiratory and intrathoracic organs

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients in age group 18-80 yr 2. Elective Thoracic surgery 3. ASA grade I,II, III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal of consent 2. Paediatric patient ( 3. Patients requiring postoperative ventilation beyond the day of surgery. 4. Patients with cognitive impairment
