Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with cancer pain referred for the first time to the pain clinics over the past 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer patients less than 18 years of age 2. Follow up or patients returning to the pain clinic for a review.
