Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 65 years 2. to sign subject authorization form 3. Does not have any Willing disease (eg. chronic diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, or other gastrointestinal disorder, gastrointestinal surgery [except appendectomy, polypectomy, or herniorraphy], or severe chronic illness such as major organ failure, diabetes, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) that may hamper the subject participation in the study as per investigatorâ??s discretion 4. Adequately understand the instructions provided by the site personnel regarding stool collection procedure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prescription or over-the-counter medications or supplements that are known to alter gut function or microflora (i.e. acid antisecretory drugs, probiotics) during the past 4 weeks prior to study enrolment
