Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All ASA I-III male and female children between 1 month and 12 years undergoing elective or emergency surgery requiring orotracheal intubation with an uncuffed endotracheal tube.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of congenital airway anomaly or known difficult airway 2. Weight 25kg 3. Height 105 cm
