Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients on regular medication for Glaucoma 2)Glaucoma patients with visual acuity >6/60 in both eyes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who did participate in any weight reduction programmes or Yoga in last 6 months. 2)Patients with inability to meditate. 3)Conditions: Hyperthyroidism, Severe ocular trauma.
