Health Condition 1: null- Unilateral lumbosacral radicular pain for 3 month and MRI evidence of disc herniation compromising adjacent spinal nerve or its roots.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Low back pain with unilateral lumbosacral radicular pain of at least 3 months duration not responding to medications and physical therapies .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Stenosis Facet joint arthopathy Allergic to contrast or steroid Bleeding Patient with history of surgery on lumbar spine Spinal canal diathesis 1. stenosis 2.
