Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical symtomp s of Panduroga i g panduta daurbalya karshya shrama swasa hriddrava aruchi akshikutshotha pindikodwestana bhrama Hb % male between 8 to 12 gm% female between7 to 11gm% Patient will be selected without any bar of race religion sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age of patient less than 18 or more than 60 year Patients having major systemic disease like cardiac disease DM etc Patient having Panduroga due to bleeding disorders genetic or secondary causes Hb % less than 7 or more than 12 gm/dl will be excluded
