Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for elective non cardiac surgeries in JIPMER and have atleast 2 or more risk factors for endothelial dysfunction -hypercholesterolemia hypertension diabetes mellitus chronic smoking History of ischemic heart disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate in the study pregnant patients
