Intervention1: Group A: Aampachan Vati for dipana pachana and for koshtha suddhi Eranda bhrishta haritaki than lashunadi taila matra basi for 7 days -for 2 months Control Intervention1: Group B: Aampa

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients age group from 20-40 years Patients having active married life- minimum 1 year with having anovulatory cycle. Married female patients of reproductive age group with atleast 2 or more consecutive anovulatory cycles. Primary and secondary both types of infertile patients having anovulatory cycle or with immature ovarian follicle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient must not affected any sexually tranemitted disease TB uncontrolled DM Hypertention and any melignancy
