Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute Ischemic Stroke 15 days onset Recruited either from the Emergency Services or from the Stroke Clinic Informed Consent Mandatory NIHSS Between 4 and 20 Conscious and able to comprehend

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medically unstable Pregnancy Inability to obtain informed consent lesion tumor or infection Comatose or mechanically ventilated surgical implant pacemaker History of seizures or Epilepsy
