Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients above 18years. 2. Patients with primary Rhegmatogenous RD 3. Clear media. 4. Phakic,pseudophakic and aphakic eyes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients less than 18 years 2. Traumatic and complicated RD 4. Patients with h/o uveitis or infectious retinitis. 5. previous ERM or RD surgery. 6. proliferative vitreoretinopathy. 7. cryo or laser retinopexy,pan retinal photocoagulation 8. choroidal detatchment or retinal dialysis 9.. Tractional retinal detatchment.
