Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having fibroid size
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient age age 50yrs. Patient having fibroid size >5 cm as per USG report. Pregnant women with fibroid. Women with Hb < 7 gm%. Pedunculated fibroid, Ovarian tumour, Tubo-ovarian mass and malignant tumours along with fibroid. Patient with uncontrolled hypertension, tuberculosis, DM and any other severe systemic diseases.
