Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.cases diagnosed as IUGR by clinical features and USG 2.women with known LMP 3.singleton pregnancy with gestational age 32 weeks upto 36 weeks 4. both primi and multi included 5. IGR associated with oligohydraminos,anaemia,mild PIH 6. all kinds og IUGR included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.congenital anamolies of fetus 2. pregnancy complicated with systemic diseases like DM HbsAg etc 3.heamoglobin less than 7 gm% 4.pregnancy complicated with gestational DM abrutio placenta placenta previa PET eclampsia etc
