Intervention1: Intra operative Celiac plexus Neurolysis either by Absolute alcohol: The treatment for Chronic pancreatitis is Freyâ??s procedure in both the Groups.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted with Chronic Calcific Pancreatitis to Surgical gastroenterology ward with pain score of more than 7 & those who quite alcohol & smoking for 6 months were included in our study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with mild pain, those who continue to have alcohol& smoking
