Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients diagnosed with Exo DRS with anomalous head posture, significant upshoots and downshoots

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with Duane syndrome other than exo Duane type. - Patients with mild to moderate limitation of adduction - Patients in which deviation is corrected in primary position
