Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers of Both sex with of the age group of 20 to 35 years no recent history of any illness/medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers with any history of illness medication

The physiological variables such as Rate of respiration, Heart rate, Blood pressure, skin temperature, Pulse rate and Liver function test, Urea, creatinine, Serum Ph, electrolites, calcium, Alkaline phosphates and Ayurvedic doshik and srotas dusti was observed.Timepoint: 40 voluntees of both sex in summer season and 20 volunteers of both sex in winter season were assigned for the study
