Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects of age group above 25 years irrespective of gender. Patients presenting with bilateral posterior tooth missing with deficient alveolar ridge height of 5mm required direct sinus lift procedures are selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with poor oral hygiene, chronic sinusitis, long standing nasal obstruction, pregnant, psychologically and systemically ill patients and smokers will be excluded from the study.
