Intervention1: Phala Ghrita : Phala Ghrita in the dose of 10ml twice a day with warm milk for 8 week after Virechana procedure Control Intervention1: Go ghrita: administered 10 ml twice a day with war

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 21 to 40 years of male Sperm count less 15 million per ml according to WHO 2010 Patient eligible for Virechana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 21 and above 40 years. Sperm count more then 15 million per ml Patient of azoospermia and aspermia Patients of various diseases like varicocele, accessory sex gland infection, sexually transmitted diseases, severe systemic diseases etc Genetic disorders like Klinfelters syndrome Taking treatment for major psychiatric problem History of previous medications and trauma leading to oligozoospermia Patient who is not eligible for Virechana
