Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Persistent large cysts for more than two months. 2. Patients with History of Menstrual Irregularities, and complaints of Dysmenorrhea, Dyspareunia, Obesity. 3. Both married, unmarried patients will be included in the study. 4. Patients who had received treatment either surgical or medical in other system of medicines, but not responded to that treatment will also be included for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ovarian Teratomas, torsion and ruptured cysts and pcos. 2. Patients having ovarian cyst in post menopausal period, suspicious of malignancy, H/O neoplastic ovarian cysts or any other complication with any other malignancies will be excluded in the study. 3. Patients suffering with tuberculosis, STDâ??s or HIV and pregnant women, will be excluded.
