Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 & 2 patients Age 18-60 years Undergoing elective inguinal, vaginal, lower limb procedures under spinal anesthesia BMI > 25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patients unable to comprehend the application of CPAP Patients with claustrophobia Un co-operative patients Patients with cardio respiratory diseases with poor effort tolerance Pregnant patients
