Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with calculus in the lower third of ureter of size equal to or less than 10 mm in largest dimension.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous history of spontaneous stone expulsion UTI Presence of hydroureteronephrosis Multiple stones Stones in ureter of solitary kidney Bilateral ureteric calculi When on treatment with alpha blockers or calcium antagonists Previous ureteral surgery Ureteral stricture Impaired renal function, DM ,peptic ulcer disease, hypotension or hypertension Pregnancy
