Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I- II PATIENTS REQUIRING CENTRAL VENOUS CANNULATION FOR VARIOUS INDICATIONS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: •Overlying skin or soft tissue infection at the puncture site. •External jugular thrombophlebitis. •Ipsilateral thrombosis of the EJV or Subclavian vein. •Clinical coagulopathy or laboratory anomaly of haemostasis (Platelet count 1.5. •Known or suspected cervical spine injury. •Neck mass, cervical hematoma, anatomical distortion. •Non- palpable or not visible EJV. •Head & neck surgery
