Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Classical sign and symptoms of Sandhigatavata are Shula(Pain) Shotha(Swelling) Stambha (stiffness) Sphutana(crepitus) Akunchana Prasarana Vedana(Pain during movement) etc at the joints Patients between age group of 30 - 70 years. Patients without any anatomical deformity were included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 30 and above 70 years of age. Patients suffering from disease like Carcinoma Psoriatic arthritis Vata Rakta Phiranga S.L.E. Polymyalgia Rheumatica &Tuberculosis are excluded. Major medical or psychiatric disorders.
