Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary osteoarthritis of knee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject having RA and secondary arthritis. Subjects more than 80 years and less than 40 years. Subjects having metabolic disorder such as diabetes, hepatitis, cardiovascular disease. Subject having malignant disease. Subject having other genetic disorder. Subject having respiratory disease. Subject having HIV disease.
