Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients must be fit for general or regional anaesthesia and were ready to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Strangulated or Obstructed hernia, Recurrent, Incarcerated hernia Laparoscopic hernia repair
