Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective non cardiac surgery under anaesthesia lasting at least 30min duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiac surgery Patients requiring mechanical ventilation postoperatively Surgery lasting less than 30 min Inability to followup due to poor GCS
