Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central perforation of tympanic membrane following infective or traumatic perforations of tympanic membrane. 2. Ear must be dry for at least 4 weeks. 3. Patient should have pure conductive type of hearing loss.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous ear surgery 2. Attico-antral disease 3. Active discharge 4. Nasopharyngeal pathology 5. Eustachian tube dysfunction 6. Active rhinosinusitis 7. pure sensoryneural hearing loss
