Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Palpable tender spot in upper trapezius trigger points -Presence of jump sign on applying pressure on upper trapezius trigger point

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Reffered pain due to cervical spine pathology -Healing fractures over neck and upper back region -Dermatitis over upper back -Clotting disorders -Wound over neck region -Degenerative cervical spine -Cold urticaria
