Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 50 subjects with mild and moderate depression who are able to perform basic yoga exercises and postures and have had no change in pattern of life in last few years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physically challenged subjects will be excluded from the study.
