Health Condition 1: null- ASA 1 OR II children undergoing urological/lowerabdominal surgeries

Interventions

Intervention1: flexion 15 degrees: measure the peak airway pressures, expiratory tidal volume, ventilation score and oropharangeal leak pressures after 3 minutes of ventilation with i-gel in 15 degree

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I or II children undergoing lower abdominal /urological procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with upper respiratory tract infection on the day of surgery, anticipated difficult airway, children at increased risk of aspiration like gastro oesophageal reflux disease, non fasting status, hiatus hernia, lung diseases and limited head and neck movements were excluded from the study
