Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pre hypertensive: Blood pressure between 120 -139mm Hg systolic and or 80 â?? 89mm Hg Diastolic and less than or equal to moderate intensity of work by IPAQ (Physical Activity Questionnaire
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: otherwise clinically healthy. No history of clinical cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, and chronic kidney disease, current use of anti-diabetic medications or insulin, heavy alcohol consumption.
