Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult (more than 18 years) patients undergoing major intraoral Head and Neck Cancer resection for the first time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Pediatric patients •Emergency surgeries •Minor Head and Neck Cancer surgeries like single side neck dissection, Direct Laryngoscopy, Examination Under Anaesthesia •Patients with pre-existing tracheostomy •Re-do surgeries
