Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female patients age between 30-65 years with diabetes duration not more than 5 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any known rheumatic disease, vitamin B12 deficiency, drug abuse hypothyroidism ,alcoholism, paraneoplastic disorder, leprosy, cerebral vascular disease, parkinsonism, Uremia, acute or chronic musculoskeletal disorders, chronic renal failure, chronic liver disease, chronic air ways disease, carcinoma infection, critical illness, patients on INH any known agent to neuropathy will be excluded.
