Intervention1: Shikhari Taila for nasya: 8-10 drops in each nostril for 7 days with a gap of 7 days for 3 months Control Intervention1: Chitraka haritaki avaleha: 10 gms. Orally twice a day for 3 mont

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: polyp which is insensitive to touch-probed around-freely mobile-yields on pressure pt. complaining of sneezing etc. polyps in case of fungal sinusitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pt. suffering from bronchial asthma-cystic fibrosis-malignancy antrochoanal polyp reaching to nasopharynx other debilitating condi.
