Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed cases of thalassemia major 2 Age groups 01 year to 10 years of either sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Children below 01 year and above 10 years of age 2 Cases having HIV HBV infection hepatic failure DM TB etc 3 Patient having BT interval for less than 12 days 4 Patient undergone splenectomy.
