Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who residing in old age home Who can follow verbal commands Can perform minimum daily activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Young old adults who are bed ridden Reported of severe visual problems Clients who had undergone Amputation and Knee replacement Severe joint pains Chronic cardiac& respiratory and renal conditions
