Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Migraine for at least past 6 months Age 18 to 65 years Command of English/ Kannada language Agreement to participate in any one of the two study arms by randomization Willingness to perform the prescribed activities at home
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known psychiatric disorders at the time of enrollment Participation in other trials Prior experience with pranayama Patients with pre-menstrual/menstrual migraine Women with ongoing / planned pregnancy Not in a state to provide information at the time of visit due to sickness Other psychological disorders which impair the communication and interaction with the patient
