Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Age of the patient >= 14 years b) Patients in good general condition c) Patients with corrosive strictures of esophagus with failed dilatation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Tracheo-esophageal fistula b) Patients with myocutaneous flap reconstruction of the pharynx / esophagus. c)History of iatrogenic perforation during dilatation
