Intervention1: LEVOBUPIVACAINE 0.5%: 15 ml 75mg Levobupivacaine, Intranasal packing for 10 minutes once before surgery Control Intervention1: LIGNOCAINE 1.5%: 15 ml 225mg Lignocaine Intranasal packing

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: consenting patients, ASA physical status class 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non consenting patients, previous nasal surgeries, pregnanat woman, age less than 18 or more than 65, ASA physical status class 4 or 5, known allergies to Local anaesthetic drug, known seizure disorder patients, known cardiac arrythmia patients
