Intervention1: chemotherapy: Chemotherapy (ar per the treating doctor) will be administered to breast cancer patients and following that the dynamics of DNA and nucleosomes will be studied

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with histopathologically confirmed breast cancer 2. Patients with early, locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer who are planned for some type of chemotherapy. 3. Patients who are willing to participate in the study including blood sampling at the defined time points EXCLUSION CRITERIA:patients with diabetes and autoimmune disorders

MeasureTime frame
1. The median and the mean days to peak DNA and nucleosome levels in all patients and in LABC/MBC and OBC (post-operative) groups. Timepoint: : 6 hours, 24hours, 48hours (3rd day), 72hours (4th day), 96hours (5th day), 144hours (7th day) and 312hours (14th day).

2. The development of anaemia, grade IV neutropenia and/or thrombocy-topenia with the DNA and nucleosome levelsTimepoint: : 6 hours, 24hours, 48hours (3rd day), 72hours (4th day), 96hours (5th day), 144hours (7th day) and 312hours (14th day).
