Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Care givers who stayed with patient after diagnosis for at least six months. Care givers whose patients are diagnosed with manic episode, bipolar affective disorder, depressive episode, recurrent depressive disorder and persistent mood disorder. Care givers who communicate either in English, Kannada or Malayalam. Care givers in the age group of 21-60years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Care givers who are diagnosed with psychiatric disorders.
